Telecheck - TSR Recovery Services ripoff Will not answer phone to resolve fraud issues and continues to send harrassing letters and decline checks Houston Texas
After my purse was stolen in June, I received several notices from TSR requesting payment for checks written to Sam's Club. I called their fraud line several without success. The only number they will answer is the collections line. After finally talking to someone I got a number to call, and was told to fax relevant information.
I Faxed the police report, listing check book as missing, along with all the collections documents I had received. Shortly after that I received a form in the mail, I filled in the form and Faxed it back to TeleCheck again with the police report and copies of all the collections documents. The collections notices continued through August then stopped. This month October the collections notices began to come again.
My bank and all the credit card companies have cleared this matter and reimbursed any monies stolen. But I have yet to talk to someone in TeleCheck (TSR) fraud department. They have made no attempt to clear this mess up. Only to now send threatening collections notices that say, do we need to take further actions. Yea, they need to do their jobs.
