TeleCircuit Tele Circuit Network Changed my phone carrier Duluth Georgia

My 93 year old mother-in-law received a phone bill from TeleCircuit.  I tried to call the numbers listed on the 4 page bill that she received, I was unable to reach a "human" to talk to.  I tried to log into the e-mail address on the bill but it is no good.  Having read other reports I agree they are praying on the elderly.  I would like to know how they got her information to do this!

She doesn't remember giving anyone her information at home or the senior center she attends 3 days a week.  Any time someone calls her about anything financial she tells them to call me because I pay all of her bills.  I went through her callr ID log as far back as I could and nothing with any of the phone numbers on this bill showed up.

Tele Circuit Network Corporation never change phone network of the any consumer without approval of that concerned or authorized person She might have received a call from our Telemarketing department and after seeking her approval they have processed her order. We do ask for authrization from your mother she validated our services than we switched her services with our company.
