Ordered two (2) 1000 minute pre-paid phone cards on June 7, 2002. Cards were purchased over the net. At the time of purchase, they were offering 500 free minutes with the purchase of 1000 minute card. Sounded good to me, so I ordered them.

Received the cards on June 11, 2002. I used one of the cards the first night and was informed after I tried to make my second call, that I had 990 minutes remaining. Needless to say, I was upset that the addtional 500 minutes promised were not on the card.

Now comes the fun part. I called their customer service number on the back of my card, and wouldn't you know it, I was told by customer service that they don't sell the cards, they just provide technical support. So, I called the number that was on their website, I was referred by to customer service.

To make a long story short, I talked to 4 different people affiliated with Minute Pass and none of them could/would help me. They were all totally worthless and didn't have a clue.

I'm just glad I paid for them with my credit card. When I get my statement, I'm going to dispute payment and refuse to pay the charges. Luckily for me, they were stupid enough to send a letter along with the cards stating that I had received the addtional 500 minutes.

Whatever you do, DO NOT order anything from Minute Pass.
