Telecom USA Slammed by Telecom USA/Verizon Dallas Texas
I was charged $250.01 for long distance phone calls by Telecom USA. I have a program thro Verizon, that includes all my long distance and local calls for one rate.
Telecom charged me for every long distance phone call that I made starting in January 2009. I finally had to have my phone disconnected in April of 2009 to stop the billing of Telecom.
Verizon said that there was nothing they could do about it. I have paid in full my Verizon portion of the bill but have refused to pay Telecom USA. They are going to send my bill to collections.

Does anyone who uses your phone ever dial 10-10-987 or any other 10-10 number for their calls?
Telecom USA uses the 10-10 system for their billing. If someone uses 10-10-987 to make a call it will be billed through telecom USA and not through verizon.
