Teledirect.com is a horrible call center.  We hired them to answer calls and they keep answering with the wrong greeting and even the wrong company name.

 

I complained but the company did not take the complaint seriously and they refused to fix the problem. this has caused me problems since I hired them for my company and now I look bad. 

 

There are 6 documented attempts from me alone, plus others in my company. Teledirect is NOT a good call center. I would not recommend Teledirect.com for call center solutions.
