TELEFLORA Web site FALSELY advertises SAME-DAY delivery if ordered before noon (on a Sat.) - NO disclaimers. I ordered on 5/7 at 9:35 a.m., but received an impersonal email on 5/8 morning (Mother's Day) indicating they could not deliver and asking for an alternative delivery date. This was for MOTHER'S DAY!

I called Customer Service, but the rep just kept repeating there was nothing they could do. I asked to speak with a manager... she offered to deliver on an alternate date or cancel the order. I opted to cancel the order.

There is NO reason not to honor their boldly advertised same-day policy, since there were NO disclaimers. I would not have ordered if there had been a disclaimer, since this was a Mother's Day gift delivery! Furthermore, this order was to be delivered in a state capital city - not an obscure location with limited florists!
