I placed an order with www.teleflora.com, the online flower store on 2/3/2006 and asked the Valentine's Day flowers to be delivered on 2/13/06. Flowers has not been delivered. No one from either Teleflora.com or the local flowerist called me and let me know why the flower has not been delivered. And my credit card already has been charged. I called the 800-835-3356 customer service number. After being on hond for 30 min, I kept getting transfer around by your cust. rep. and no one was willing to listen to my situation and help me. Finally one person answered my call and said he can not track my order. I ask him to give me the number of the local flowerist who is supposed be doing the delivery so I can call and track the order myself. He said its not possilbe and this can only be done by their order department. I can not speak directly with them and only he can relate the message. Normally its no big deal and I can just cancel and place another order. But its a day before Valentines day, and all the good flowers has probably been taken. I am not even sure I can still find any Valentines day flower arrangement a day before the big date. And I placed this order 2 weeks ago just to avoid situations like this.

Not only no one from Teleflora.com called me back with
the status of my order (which arrived a day late), the
flower that came in looked totally different than
whats shown on your web site. I got pictures to proveit. It looked COMPLETELY different! And it looked very CHEAP! The flowers are pittful because the petals are already falling off. I feel completely fooled by Teleflora.com and whoever the local florwerist it choose. Obsviously either oneor both of these comanies decided to sent me the cheap flowers instead fo the real flowers it supposed to sent and kept the money in his pocket. Of the whole time NO ONE either called me when the order didnt deliver on the promised date. Repeated phone calls and emails to Teleflor.com was not returned.
