"Customer Service" is an oxymoron -- they will tell any lie that comes to mind, claiming the flowers are on the truck for delivery, we will call you within an hour, we don't know the florist in your area assigned to make the arrangement. All lies. Do not use this company ever. Use a florist in your neighborhood that you know is reliable. The extra money that will cost you is more than worth it. The photos on Teleflora.com will never be the ones delivered. This company goes beyond misrepresentation and straight to fraud. Why are they even allowed to still be in business?
