Ordered flowers for my mother for Mother's Day. I chose lillies & roses-about $55. Added candy for $10. With delivery & tax =$70. Delievered same day.

Mother recieved nice box of chocolates & arrangement not at all what I ordered. She got 2 gerbera daisies, 2 alliums, and fillers. Looked like weeds.

Called the florist immediately to complain. Florist said "it's not his fault." He didn't have a description, only the title of their arrangement & a price range. I said I must be partially his fault if he recieved money for the order. If he didn't know what to create he should call & find out. Insisted it's not his fault & to call Telefloral. I did immediatley. They said they would resend the order but since the next day was Saturday they couldn't guarantee delivery next day. Monday-still did not receive. Never did get the flowers after calling every single day for a week. After 4 days of calling they said they would resend the flowers but wanted the original bouquet returned. I refused saying it was rude to take away flowers my mom thought was supposed to be for mother's day-not her fault. Then they said they wanted the container back. I said no-no negotiating. If you can't get it right the first time you need to make it right the 2nd time. No flowers were ever redelivered. I spent $70 on 2 daisies. No one returns my calls. Florist that sent the original arrangement is mad at Telefloral too but isn't taking any responsiblity either.
