I ordered flowers for my mother's birthday two days ago to be delivered today. Telefloral did not hesitate taking the $70 out of my bank account upon order... but did not follow through with the order. I called the Antlers, Oklahoma Florists to confirm that they received the order and it would be delivered. They HAD NOT received the order, nor a call. Robin, the owner advised me to contact the Teleflora customer service department. There I am informed that they are out of stock of what I ordered. They did not infrom me that you were NOT going to send the Flowers- They have my phone number and email address. I recieved a confimation email about the order, but they did not email to inform me they were out of stock of the advertised floral arraingment and that it would not be sent.

But Payment was taken from my account immediately. I am extremely Angry about this. I cancelled the order and was informed it would take 5 days for Teleflora to refund the money . That is unacceptable! I will never do business with Teleflora again.

Telefloral has a Guarantee of Exceptional Service - it is a lie. I was not even apologized to for their screw up. Very unproffesional. Dont give them your money.

Teleflora is Just a Middleman

Why didn't you call the florist in Antlers, OK direct instead of going through a middleman?

The national broker sites like Teleflora.com and countless others all just forward your order to a local florists after charging you a $10-15 service fee and taking out 27-31%commissions/fees from your flowers and delivery.

These brokers don't know if the local florist has precisely what you want when you place your order. They all offer products that cannot and will not be delivered 'as shown' in every community across the US.

Save the middleman fees and mystery of getting what you ordered by calling that Antler florist direct next time.

Items out florist not the Company

If you order an item from us to be sent to the florist we do not have an inventory the florist does. If an item is reported as OUT! it is the florist becuase they are the ones that have the inventory not teleflora themselves
