A representative from TeleGlobe called our firm, asking to verify our mailing address. Then they verified with whom they were speaking--they already had my name (spelled incorrectly). When I did so, they then said that "My subscription was all set." I told them to hold on--I hadn't ordered anything and didn't want to subscribe.

I then received an invoice on June 12, backdated to February 18, 2003 for $364.95 with the description of "TeleGlobe National Business Package." We then contacted TeleGlobe to question the invoice.

Our bookeeper spoke with Katherine Brown, who we discovered is now no longer employed by TeleGlobe (probably because she knows she was engaged in fradulent activity). Our bookeeper told her that we had not ordered the "package", and would not pay, and Katherine said that she would look into the situation and phone her back.

On 7/9/03, Xena Smith phoned for us to listen to a recording of me allegedly agreeing to the TeleGlobe subscription over the phone. This recording was unintelligible.

Ms. Smith said that we were still listed on TeleGlobe and our bookeeper told her to remove our firm's listing.

Ms. Smith then told us that we would have to pay for Feburay-July. Our bookeeper again repeated that she did not order this "service" nor did any of our employees.

Ms. Smith then told us that she would pass it on to her comptroller and she hung up.
