Purchased Focus from Telegraph Auto Sales on January 28 with warranty.  Car died 2 DAYS after.  Had it towed to Top Value in Flat Rock.  I WASN"T told the warranty doesn't take effect for weeks.  Finally on February 26 I was told by Top Value that the warranty denied the claim...Why?  Because I told THE TRUTH about when the car died.  I was NOT told the warranty isn't effective until weeks after you purchase the car....with that said the warranty will not be covered.

Why would someone buy a car with a warranty but it doesn't take effect for weeks later?!????????  Someone from Telegraph Auto (Lemon) Sales should have told me how the warranty works...Now I am screwed more money for a car that I paid $3,800 to begin with...Appx. over $1,000 estimate.

Please beware of this.  The car's coolant system wasn't even connected to run more than a DAY.
