Telenurse Oncall MD Registry Corp Unwanted Solicitation with abusive behavior Internet
Our office keeps receiving faxes from this company. Twice I have called, as I always do, to have my number removed. When I have
got my third fax, I called the company's number and a
man answered. I told him I was receiving unwanted faxes and he
immediately said: "Oh, go to He** you c**ksucker!" The faxes I saved will be submitted to the FCC for my written complaint.
Based on other complaints i have seen on the web it is run by a William Seth parker in cary, north carolina and owned by a ronald brock.

I run a medical office. I have recieved several faxes from them. I have seen several complaints by them online and saw this on ripoffreport.com. I have done some research online and found Ronald brock and William Seth Parker as people to avoid at all cost.
Ronald Brock and Seth Parker have been running the same business under different company names for years to avoid finanical repsonisbility and to avoid legal fines for the spamming process.

They are currently using http://innovativeansweringservice.com to hawk their current services. THey have several complaints for faxing and their questionable billing practices in the BBB under Telenurse Oncall and MD Registry Corp in NC and Illinois. They are so shrewd to destroy reputations of their clients over disputes to create websites in their name.

They were fined $10,000 in 2006 by Utah while operating under AnswerMD, Inc d.b.a. Physicians Plus Answering Service was for violating the Utah Telephone and Facsimile Solicitation Act by making or causing to be made two unsolicited telephone calls within Utah to numbers contained in the no-call database. They were also cited for violating the same Act by sending unsolicited facsimile advertisements to Utah residents.
Mr Ronal Brock was also found guilty of several felonies related to his business practices.

It's so strange to me that someone who works in a medical office, or the practitioner themself, cannot follow simple instructions to remove themselves from a fax list.
The TOLL-FREE removal number is clearly listed on the fax and functions as it should.
No one here has ever used such language and this complaint, I believe, has been fabricated by a "competitor" (really we don't have competition as most services like ours hire high-school drop-outs and undesireable people to answer the calls) to discredit our company.
