I am an ex-employee of Arrival/Telepacific and am familiar with their lack of morals and poor customer service. I file this report here, along with the Better Business Bureau and California Public Utilities Commission because the company was billing me for data service that they were not providing me. I have not paid the bill yet.

About one month after my departure from the company I received a bill. I believed there to be an error as I had called the company and informed them I did not wish to pay for service as well as informed them that I had no service. The customer care representative assured me she would take care of this for me.

The bills continued to come for 3 months, even though the company was fully aware that I had no service and that I did not want service. I did not get angry or yell on the phone, but I was very frustrated and argumentative because the company refused to see that they billed me and didn't provide me the service I was being billed for.

The customer service representative hung up on me! I called back and asked for a manager and was given Peggy. Peggy could care less that her employee hung up on me and I had to go through the entire story again with her and was promised a call back the next day. A month later she called me back and said "we have determined that you are responsible for all the charges."

I let her know I will be getting the CPUC, BBB and a lawyer involved and take the issue to court if I have to. Again, she did not care.

Bottom line: I worked for the company for 2 years and am very familiar with their lack of ethics and immoral business practices. I work in the industry and know many Arrival customers who are very angry with the "new" Arrival.
