Telepacific & Mpower service failure for 3 days & new location install never install, no show, no call 2nd time they missed Brea California

this is what i sent to the California Public Utilities commission: On or about March 3rd our T1 line were delivered to the La Habra address. From the time of install until May 16,2007 our telephone service was in and out. Finally on May 15, 2007 we lost our telephone service. On May 16, 2007 Telepacific switched out their router/Modem.On September 7th, 2007 we lost the telephone and internet lines until September 9th, 2007. on September 14th, 2007 we lost our telephones again. Based on last years revenue, I estimate that we had lost sales in the neighborhood of $$$$$$. To add to the above service failures, I had placed an ordered to move on or about August 9th, 2007 with a target date of Sept. 14, 2007. do to an internal issue at Telepacific, the circuits were postponed until today, Sept. 18th, 2007. I was advised that I needed someone to be at the new facility from 8:00 am until 11:00 am. At 10:28 am, I receive an e-mail stating At&t will not be able to deliver today and if I want to re schedule for tomorrow.

I have all supporting e-mails and voice mails form telepacific. There services has caused un recoverable cost and loss of business. I am still having issues with this company. They can not give me a referral message on my disconnected line. They do not respond to e-mails. I would welcome to join a class action lawsuite please contact me!
