1st and foremost I would like to say that I'm very upset about being release from my previous job for the 2nd time. What makes it so killing, I did not contact or reach out Teleperformance for a up coming account that started on 02/10/2014. I was contacted from a recruiter on that Saturday which was 02/08/2014. I was originally with the Company doing the time period of 2004-20013. That's a long time and i was very dedicated to my job.

I even worked on my off days with o9ut getting paid to help train new agents that joined the company; which Jeff Gliberston and Dare Taylor knew about that. When I was release from the Company March 1 of 2013, I was let go for reason that was not my fault. When a customer service is not working, you can not help how that customer is feeling once you get off the call with the customer.

That customer can tell you all day long that you are not problem it's the "SERVICE". When they get that survey there still going to be upset because there service is not working and fail the entire survey. So I wasn't doing so good for about 2 months with failing surveys.

So I got my Team Leader involved by the name of Connie Ingram and the Floor Manager by the name of David Boddie. So David Boodie and Connie Ingram listen to my calls and i was informed that I was not doing anything incorrect, that I was doing everything on the call to take care of my customer.

Two monthe pass by (its the middle of 02/2013, and I am on vacation and I get a phone call about my scores at home and that the company was trying to release me. So I come to the job on my off day to see whats going on, and sure indeed Steven Johnson was trying to fire me. I spoke with Steven Johnson previous about my scores also and ask for help to see what I was doing wrong. He just sent me back to my floor Manager after he ask me have I spoken with my Floor Manager yet.

Steven Johnson advise me that we will worry about it once it gets worse, and I just looked at him thinking...did he "really" just say that? Almost the end of Feb, I went and talk to Steve Johnson again and he claim there was nothing he co0uld do to save my job, During this time I was moved under a new Floor Manager by the name of Jackie Maderison and when she heard what Steve Johnson was trying to do, she tried everything in her power to help me keep my job.

Steven Johnson and a few others only are concern about there jobs and not the agents. They feel like they don't need use they can just replace us. Around March 1, 2013 I was release from the company. I was told it was either me or the Team Leader. As you can see I was the one that was remove from the company.

Now let's go back to the date Of 02/10/14. On 02/10/14 we where called back if i did not need the job, i wouldn't have went back. We were advised that is was a temp position but it can become a full-time job if we complete the project and which I did me and 4 others out of 25 people. On 02/10/2014it started out with 25 people, and as the days rolled by the numbers began to change from 25,20,15,12 and on the last day which was today it ended with 4 people.

The promise me and others that we would have a job after the project was finish even if they did not keep the account. and that state came out of Paula Pickett, Steven Johnson, and the Site Manager by the name of Phyllis. I really don't like to be lied to or better yet don't paint a picture or sale a person a dream, because you never know that that person is going through.

I was attending school and I'm still present at my school that I attend. But I have miss school and miss my mid-terms thinking that I was going to have a job once this project was over. I was maintaining a 93% A in my class before mid-term, now I'm down to a 70% D.

Now that is is 02/13/2014 I'm back at square one all over again with no job all because of lies that were told just to keep re-hires there and use them like they were test dummies just to make outbound calls to Dr Offices to do a quick survey. I really feel used and abused, because I was good enough for you to use me because I had 9 1/2 years of call center experience of this Health Net project but I'm still not good enough for you to hiring me back permanently and work for the company.

I was an outstanding agent, I loved talking to the different customer, they were very entertaining. I use to work 70 to 80 hrs a week. Working overtime was not even a struggle for me, because I loved my Job. I will never forget when they made me type and letter and send it to the site manager (Phyllis) just to beg for my job. As yu can tell that didn't work.

I wish they can be in my shoes right now and feel the frustration that I have and understand the responsibility that I have with taken care in my household. I really believe this is a company(Shreveport, La0 that has no hearts and it just makes me sick to my stomach all over again that I have been remove again from Teleperformace for no reason what so ever.

That's funny for the "past" year I have been trying to come back to the company, ha but I was told that I was not eligible. But I see I was good enough to be use for about 15 days. That's funny to me now. I see the company can change things with just a little click of a button. But God knows best.
