There was a charge on the phone bill for a call to DIR ASST in NV at 702-555-1212. We do not have long distance on the phone and we use calling cards or cell phones for our long distance.

I was ressearching this company on-line and discovered they do this to numerous people. Go to the search engine Google and type in Transeven LLC. You will find other complaints about this company. How can they legally do this? it sounds like FRAUD to me.
