First of all, don't work here, no matter how desperate you are. You have one lunch break for your 8 hour shift, and if you get up too much during anytime other than that half hour, you'll get a talking to.

As previously said by others, they'll find just about any excuse not to pay your "bonus" (which is really pocket change if you've ever done anything else in sales). If you say something incorrect off the script, if you're late/sick/not working to their standards, they'll basically "kill" your sale, or potentially, all your sales for the week.

This all wasn't what did me in, personally. Don't get me wrong, I hated the job, but what drove me over the edge was how they treated me (and others). It was only my third day at work and I was making 12-13 sales a day. One day, I was off, just couldn't get one to save my life, it happens. At 11:00 they tell me to get off the phones and to talk to the manager (who looks like a tall 5 year old) and he told me that I "wasn't trying" and that my presence there was "a waste of money". They told me to go home and rest up. I did, and called yelling them I wasn't coming back the next morning.

To them, you're nothing more than a dollar sign. Of course, for all employers, workers are there to make money (whether it be directly or indirectly), but at least they treat you with some respect and like you're a human. This was just appauling.

Not worth the paycheck, or "bonuses"
