I recently bought 50 leads for $1500 back in March of this year. This is the biggest scam I have ever heard of. The leads that I have received, which are only a few by the way, have been terrible - nothing like the leads they promise when selling the program to you. We were supposed to get a minimum of 4 leads per day, Monday thru Thursday, with the "mini 1003" coming over via fax no more than 30 minutes after the initial contact with the lead.

Well, FORGET THAT!!! All of our leads have been at least a day old, and usually hang up on us, or the information on the lead is incorrect (i.e. the lead says good credit and in fact the customer has just filed a Bankruptcy, etc.) When I call to express my concern, Robert Lee (completely unprofessional 'customer service' representative), whom you will read about in other blogs about this scam, is completely ineffective and rude. He promises to correct the situation and never follows through. We haven't recieved any leads now for 10 days. Their explanation: "the hurricanes in Tennessee" for one thing, there were TORNADOS in TN, but only in a very isolated areas!

I want desparately to put a stop to this scam before they steal another dime from another mortgage company. I filed a complaint with the FTC and recommend you do the same if you have experienced the same scam. Let's put these guys out of business!
