I am placing this on various boards to locate and inform those that have posted numerous complaints regarding Jay Servidio and Teleteria,Inc.
It has been a long year and they finally ARE REVIEWING OUR COMPLAINT information. I am encouraging any and all persons to get your complaint's in to the FTC as this CASE is in ACTIVE STATUS!!!, also they would like all the complaints I am aware of [AFTER OUR ORIGIONAL FILING DATE] to be sent, so they can assess the situation to make their decision.
The process:::::
Jay Servidio/Teleteria will be investigated, if there is enough incriminating information that he has defrauded numerous individuals, he will be brought before a Fedearal Judge in a class action suit and if found guilty he will be fined and his company will be shut down.
For any of you that feel like it was all lost, well.....maybe not yet.
Mr. Servidio has wanted to sue all of us that posted about their less than honest business tactics, well I HOPE he will get his day in court.
I don't like to wish bad things on people, but this Mr.Servidio needs to be dealt with, hopefully he will be fined and be shut down....there is no room in this industry for dishonest people.

I can't tell you how happy I am that Teleteria is finally being investigated. I have been going back and forth with Servidio on other boards for months now, this guy is a consummate con-artist. If you do business with him, you WILL be ripped off. The guarantee he offers is worthless, he refuses to honor it. Once you accept the sites the guarantee is no longer valid, no matter what he tells you otherwise. A money back guarantee implies that you paid the money, to tell you that once you pay all the money you no longer have a money back guarantee is fraud, and false advertising. I wish I knew that before I lost my $5800. If the other people that he has ripped off haven't called the FTC at the number provided by the above post, please do so as soon as possible, lets put this guy out of business so that he can't hurt anyone else.
