Hello, my name is Mike Murray and I feel we have been ripped off/scamed or just sitting on the edge of these terms and I want you to know how this company trests its customers!!
This company has the worst customer service, content and video's unmatched by any other company I have ever seen...
The Adult web sites TELETERIA designs and sells with a guarantee of 100% ownership and 100% guarantee of quality of product or 100% money back guarantee if you are not totally satisfied is just not true.
Teleteria claims the mastercard release form you sign is your contract and the so called contract neatly tucked in with the release form for your credit card company, but at the time they will tell you this is only a formality for them to charge from your card and this is another less than honest business tactic.
We were told the approval process was to approve the web site and this leads you to beleive the entire website including members area (content and video's).This is not true!
There is no Guarantee and the site you purchase is not 100% yours ie: Domain name registered in their name and if you decide to move on and have the site hosted with another company then you loose all the content which he sub-leases to you, basically in the end when you leave you have nothing but websites with empty shells, no domain name and no content and are left with a product that is virtually worthless.
There is no place on their website that claims you are only leasing content from them, but rather you own 100% of your website with a 100% money back guarantee if you are not completely satisfied.
Teleteria also provides just enough information regarding the approval process. ie: Once you approve the web site design you will have no more guarantee and there is no statement on their website that states your so called content and video's are not part of this approval process but yet you are led to beleive this and are told on the phone that you will be able to approve content once they finish the custom design of your web site, another less than honest business tactic.
We feel that this is carefully planned out to mislead people as when they see the members area are very upset( I have talked to many angry people they have done similar things to) and thats when Jay pulls the old line and says you have approved the sites therefore you have no guarantee.
(This would be like buying a new automobile with a warrenty and come to find out you have no motor and you accepted the automobile on good exterior looks and now your warranty is no good.)
This is less than honest business practices and in my opinion is very close to fraud, scam, or con if not on the borderline of being so.
We were able to approve the splash page and tour pages and with the exception of the content which was delayed from us seeing until it was almost to late for us to use our Credit Card company to chargeback the full amount from Teleteria to our account.
They register their customers domain name under their company name-hence they own the web site and have controll of all traffic you may receive and there has been alot of trouble regarding these proceedures with Teleteria and there customers, and Jay Servidio always has the same excuise for each person that claims this.
We respectfully request a full refund of all our monies from Teleteria and would also like to request that MBNA takes a closer look at the potential problems this company may causing for Master Card and all of their future customers.
We are in the process of filling formal complaints with
Ariz.attorney General/Ariz.BBB as well as NY Attorney General/NY BBB/NY fraud division and the CT. Attorney General/CT. BBB and will be contacting the IFCC regarding this companies practices.
We have been left no other choice but to take this course to protect Credit Card Companies and unsuspecting new customers.
STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE RIPOFFS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!GET AN ATTORNEY BEFORE YOU SIGN ANYTHING!!!!!!!!!
We recently received the $4400.00 back in our credit card, and I must say it was not of teleteria's own will but instead the good work of the dispute deoartment.
We now want our other $2000.00 back and are geting the same old hassle and Teleteria wants me to sign away my right to never say anything negative about Teleteria for my entire life or be subject to a $1000.00 fine per post.
I will never sign away my first amendment rights, and we are prepared to see them in court as we have months of endless research about this company and feel we have a good chance in court.
This is not a company I would recommend doing business with...
and if you do be sure to use a credit card so you will stand half a chance to get your money back and not have to go through this horrific nightmare we have gone through and are still going through.
Every thing I have said I beleive to be the truth in my opinion

I personally am still waiting for the final monies to be returned to us and I am sure it will not happen...as Teleteria is not an honest company. They still owe us thousands and we have nothing to show for it.
He has been doing this for years and needs to be brought before a jury of his peers.
I am posting a list of agencies for anyone complaining about Servidio and his less than professional company.
Complaining to these agencies may help in having him removed from the business world.

Teleteria another wirlwind of Half Truths and Deceit

We did contact Teleteria to design 3 custom adult sites and what we received 3 copy paste sites with all the same content[Nothing custom about that]
Jay Servidio refered us to 3 sites and we never saw any content on these sites and Jay Servidio claimed that they used the best content and video's unmatched by other companies and he assured us that we would be pleased and he also added, that is why they offer a 100% money back guarantee.
[Fact is we never saw any content in the begining]
In the begining we only wanted to purchase 2 sites and Jay Servidio pulled one of his typical sales pitches and said we will work with you [meaning carry the balance] if we would purchase 3 sites as we would make alot more money, to be exact we would make three times the money.
[why would anyone purchase 3 different sites with all the same content and try to link them together, that would be like purchasing 3 different magazines with the same literature inside of them]
Teleteria never financed anything:As you can see below he wanted more money all they time so there was never any carrying of the funds and especially the interest, which he never mentioned in the begining and any good business person would include or inform you of this, so his statement hold's no water.

Teleteria said the site would be up and running in 7-10 days,

We signed up on 8-27-03with a $2000.00 deposit to start project's.
On 9-10-03 Jay Servidio wants another $2400.00 for the so called search engine submission package and quartely web hosting fee's and we haven't even seen any sites yet.
[still no web sites and more excuises].
On 10-14-03 Jay Servidio wants another $2000.00 payment made towards the purchase price, at which time we saw the web site's home pages and tour pages and approved them (ONLY) and we have still seen no content at this point and were reassured that we would be pleased and to trust him as he has been in the business for many years, so we did give them the benifit of doubt and waited for the content.
On 11-5-03 we received access to the so called custom sites and refused all 3 websites as the images are blind clicks and very poor grainey old photo's and the video's although are brand name, are about 10 years old or older.
[Mr.Servidio was given example sites for THEM to look at to see what we were looking for, he claimed he had looked at the sites and would do something along those lines and they didn't].
[Hardly the content and video's unmatched by other companies, basically in my opinion and this is trash content and video's] By no means is this a slam against the video supplier but rather the truth Teleteria does not give you what they offer and its all old outdated bargan basement tossoff's].
On 11-5-03 we demanded our money back and thats when the violent threats and unprofessional behavior from Jay Servidio started.
We did a charge back to the credit card company and they awarded us $4400.00 back and then out of the blue rebilled our account for $2400.00 and gave it to teleteria.
On 3-18-04 we received a cashiers check from Teleteria in the amount of $2000.00 and now Jay Servidio will not give us the $2400.00 that they received in good faith.
[How is it that the credit card company can issue full credit and then make it a partial credit, my opinion is that once you reach a certian chargeback ratio the credit card company will drop you as a merchant if you have to many chargebacks. [SOMETHING TO THINK ABOUT HERE].
I don't think telling the truth is slander or liable and if Mr.Servidio wants to sue us please do so, I have welcomed the lawsuit and do you see Jay Servidio sueing.
[He has no case as we are telling the truth].
Mr.Servidio has no idea what our net worth is and it cant be that bad as we have retained a prominate Attorney that is versed in the adult industry, along with a First Ammendment Attorney, so as I have said before Mr. Servidio can sue all he wants as he does not stand a chance.
[Mr.Servidio's NYC attorney should have told him that TRUTH is an absolute defense in Lible or Slander cases.
I welcome you all to visit Teleteria's new web site, but please keep in mind that once the complaint's started to come in teleteria started to change their web site and we were smart enough to pull screen caps of the origional site, so who knows what sneaky tricks they have come up with at this point.

In my opinion teleteria is a deceitfull dishonest company that misrepresents it's products, does not honor its 100% money back guarantee and has no persons best interest in mind, but rather just get your money and run.[This is only my opinion]
We have over 100pgs of documentation regarding their bad business practices and complaint's [even from ex-employees] that we have pulled up on Teleteria and we would be willing to provide any and all documentation to show we and all the others have reasonable complaint's.
[with this many complaints, we all can't be wrong or didn't do the work, as this is the same old story he pulls on everyone we have talked to].
This company has so many complaint's it's hard to beleive that they are still in business, and the complaint's are all the same or real close to it.
I hope that anyone that reads this will stay away from Teleteria at the trade show, because if you have good hard earned money then I feel it would be better to roll down your window at 80mph and throw the money out the door, it will save you alot of grief and heartache in the end.
I hope to see all of you at the trade show also.
As you can see it took over 4 months to complete the sites and not 7-10 days, just about long enough for an individual not to be able to chargeback any monies taken by Teleteria.
The iorney of their so called contract and approval process is the stalling that goes on forever or just about the time you have paid for everything and don't stand a chance for a chargeback or if you paid them by check then you are just flat out of luck.
They never tell you that the content and video's are not part of the approval process.

I suggest that if anyone insist's on doing business with Teleteria, please take his so called sneaky contract to an attorney before you sign anything and be sure your attorney draws up a contract for them to sign.
What Jay Servidio does not understand is that I am not launching a vigourous campaign, but rather trying to get them to do the right thing and give us our money back, but as you can see Teleteria is not a stand up company and probably will never be.
We will continue to try and receive our money back, but in the mean time we are building our own sites and are doing pretty well so he really can't say we have tried and failed, although I can see how anyone would fail with their product[basically a copy paste big charge back website's = finished] [this is only my opinion].

I am Jay Servidio, pres of Teleteria.
Mike contacted us to build him 3 sites.
He looked at our design of several sites. He reviewed our content and saw all the details about
what Teleteria offered before he put down his deposit.
Mike explained that he was low on the start up money so we financed him at zero percent interest.
Shortly before his final payment was due he suddenly wanted all his money back. I explained to Mike that he is not entitled to a refund as he already accepted the desgin of the three sites and needed to pay his balance.
At that time Mike launched into a vigourous campaign of slander and lies about Teleteria. We have a stong case to sue Mike Murray but since he has zero net worth what would be the purpose? The content he is referring to is provided to us from the largest provider of adult video on earth. There content is outstanding in both quality and quantity.
Mike tried and failed to have the credit card company refund his money as they are grown up adults and understand a contract is a contract.
