jan 3rd i had applied for a credit card, on the internet. latter i noticed from my checking account 221.95 was taken out on a check #1 (electronic check) my bank says they can't give me back my money, even though they were notified two weeks after the occurance. and again two weeks later. i told them i have notified the police and they can get them just as well as the perpitrater.
well i have the copy of the check that they pilfered out of my account. looks like it was deposited in the fleet-national bank malden massachuets. #account #9420093224 teleturf/freedom resource. best part about that is the bank let it go thriough with the wrong address on it. i think they are liable as well....
