I have never seen a credit card company so bad as CROSS COUNTRY BANK. I have been with them since 1999 and am only a statistic. They could care less about customer service and are only concerned about how they can rip their customers off for more money with their many HIDDEN FEES. And it doesn't matter if you have been a good paying customer, when they see a chance to get you with a HIDDEN FEE, there is no discussion, you just pay it.

Well, I am going to do my part to advertise to as many as I can in every way that I can in order to keep people away from this bank that loves to get their customers with their HIDDEN FEES. For example, I recently lost my card and called to report it so as to not have any charges posted to my account from someone else. They sent me a card out and you got it, a HIDDEN FEE for $30.00 for replacement card fee and of course when their HIDDEN FEES cause you to go over limit, they then get you for an overlimit fee.

Please help me to spead the word so as to prevent others from falling into the trap of a bank who majors on HIDDEN FEES. I have enclosed a link below for you to look at also from another complaint on Cross Country Bank, the Bank who majors on HIDDEN FEES!
