I am a 73 year old pre-diabetic who has been diagnosed with intermittent atrial fibiilation and have a tumor in my body.  I have been defrauded of most of my retirement funds.  I can not afford a telephone so I got a free phone from Telrite Life Wireless of Covington, GA.

Three years ago they notified me that I had to recertify my eligibility but I tried over 30 times and found it impossible to recertify.  The people who worked there kept refusing to recertify me and told me to use their automated system but it did not work.  So they cancelled me.

After I finally got my phone back, I called every now and then to find out if I had to recertify.  The first time, a mechanical voice told me that my recertification had been done automatically.  the second time I called, a mechanical voice told me that I was not required to recertify at that time.  Third time I called, I found out that my phone had been disconnected.

I tired to find out why last Thursday, October 19, 2017.  I was told that I had not recertified and then that I was not with their company and then heat assistance did not quality me for a free phone any more and then that their company no longer services my area of the United States.

I was then switched to a third or fourth person who said that their company does service my are of the country and that I would receive an email from them today at the library.  but it has not arrived.  I feel like I am getting the run around just like I did three years ago.
