Complaint Review: Tempe Dodge

We purchased a new Laramie truck from Tempe Dodge.  They had to dealer trade with Donovan Dodge in Sierra Vista to get the truck in.  A few days after delivery we had the truck detailed and the detailer pointed out hail and glass damage and areas that had been repainted.  We demanded that Tempe take the truck back and replace it with a new undamaged one.  They refused!  We had (3) independent collision centers inspect the truck and all three written inspevction reports concluded that there were areas that had been repainted.  Still Tempe Dodge refused to rectify the problem.  The area factory rep Walt Brada is highly dishones and a liart!  We found out that after his review of the independent inspection reports and after inspecting the vehicle in the rain he submitted a report to corporate that there is no problem!  That's right he ispected paint issues in the rain!!   Clearly these two dealerships and the area factory rep are all without any morals and they lack honesty. Once they get your money don't expect any fair treatment from Donovan Dodge, Tempe Dodge or Chrysler.   We're trading the subject truck, a Dodge Nirto and 5 of our company owned trucks with a Ford dealer and would never, ever consider doing business with Tempe Dodge or Chrysler again.
