Template Monster (TemplateMonster.com) sells you a website template and then you have constant issues and problems! DON'T be fooled by their decent looking websites- they DON'T WORK and give you constant problems. This company is rated an "F" by the BBB because of their continuous complaints and continuous refrain from helping anyone - even after numerous attempts for them to fix the issues. They skirt around the issues and blame it in on every other provider (your hosting company, etc..) Then they send you to their support company- TemplateTuning, to install the template on your host and they are extremely unprofessional! I spoke to their support staff numerous times via chat and it was if they though my issues were amusing- wrong!
After numerous attempts to fix the numerous issues, I still have a website that isn't functional and it's just losing me money! This is my last resort, they don't seem to care about their product, their customers or making a bad situation right. I hope if I can DETER ANYONE FROM USING THEIR SERVICES, I can save them alot of headaches, time and money.
Gordon J. Blair, Alex Ross, Liam Tornhill, Brian Waters are the main people who run this craphole. They are the lowest of the low. I can tell you that you will waste your time and money dealing with these a**clowns, they ought to run a circus.
