I purchased a template from TemplateMonster based on a website description and demo.  The template I received had serious failures in it, and for 3 weeks they tried daily to fix it.  They even got on my machine and tried to fix it.  This wasted huge amounts of time as I had to test, reTest and debug there code.  They NEVER tested any supposed solution.  I asked for a refund 4 times, each time being told I would know in 24 hours - that never happened in weeks.  They are horrific technical support, horrific customer support.  After wasting litterally over 100 hours of my time, they kept asking for another chance to fix the problem?  I opened a dispute with PayPal because I have documented screen shots of evidence of the non-working template, and email evidence of them admitting it did not work (daily) for 3 weeks, and each day telling me its was fixed that day, only to have a new round of fixes the next day because it did not work.

According to the report of our Customer Care Manager, this case has been resolved back in Dec 2015. Per agreement your are using another template instead of the one caused issues and inconveneince. As there were no complaints from your side since Dec 2015, we considered this case as resolved.
