**WARNING** DO NOT give this man ANY money. Operates roofing business out of the Dayton area. Most recently operating under business name of Templeton Roofing and Remodeling. He is still in the area, but may now be working under a different company name.

Check with the Dayton/Cincinnati/Middletown Ohio Police Departments BEFORE signing any contracts or giving any money to this man for roofing or remodeling work. Personable and knowledgeable, but disappears after taking deposits.
