Tempthing Will not refund and 2 months later, still no replacement item San Francisco California
I thought because of the good reviews I'd order a body shaper. I ordered a large I'm 5'4" 130 lb. Aging so I have a few bulges. Ordered a large when I got it I swear this thing I don't know if it would fit my 11 year old granddaughter I couldn't even get it over my thigh. After a few emails with customer service, I was told I couldn't have a refund because it didn't meet their refund criteria just because it didn't fit.
I finally agreed to replacement I still have not gotten my replacement over 2 months later. I would never recommend this company never order from them again please beware of them and their product. I mean really a body shaper large wouldn't even fit my 11 year old granddaughter. Beware. Go to the store go to eBay something else not Tempthing.
