Bought Tempurpedic Admustable Sleep System in Dallas. Raising head of bed, big noise of crack, now in AZ... Bed not work after that. Called Tempur-pedic, filled out their forms, took pictures, then they say "sorry" have to call Leggett-Platt, and they do not answer the phone. This has taken all night (I was awake all night) found out can get Sam Levitz to send out agent, but no one answers the new numbers. Getting run around and I'm 81 yrs. old (total cost $8,000). Can't remember how I paid for it in Dallas. But, the Dallas people know me and would fix it.
