Complaint Review: Tempus Transport

I was a private contractor for Tempus Transport. I had received a call that my mom was in critical condition in Charlotte NC. I had spoken with Cody he demanded that I get proof of her being in the hospital... I have been sitting here at home they don't want to pay me unless I show more proof of my situation here at home. They laughed at me when I was begging them to let me come home to be with my mom.. Yesterday I spoke with Chase Rodgers and he's also demanding that I show proof of my situation I haven't never been employed by such people in my life. All I want is to get paid. They owe me over 7500 and there's not going to pay me. This is horrible...

I had received a call that my mom was in critical condition and I contacted Cody Slater and requested emergency home time he said after I receive fax then I'll let you go home. I waited over night so the next morning I asked him has the hospital been in touch with you he said no. I received another call that her condition had worsened I called Cody back and he said he didn't believe me about my mom being in the hospital I had to reach out to the hospital where my mom was being treated they also called and spoke with Cody he also demanded them send hard proof that she was in the hospital. After 12 hours of begging them to let me come home he did. Now I have been sitting here at home for 1 month waiting to go back on the truck. They always giving me lame reasons why I haven't been put on a truck. They owe me over 7500 and are refusing to pay me. I spoke with Chase Rodgers yesterday and still yet they are demanding I show cause of my situation.. this is very ileagl. I really hope they get there's in the long run
