I ordered from tender filets to the amount of $439! I got brown steaks as did my dad in the order I sent him! I contacted customer service they said it was because it is vacumm packed, I said oh no Omaha Steaks are vacuum packed too and they never look like this. They offered refund and marked the case as solved and now they will not respond anymore and there has been no refund! They are owned by swiss colony. Swiss colony us great but Don't order the steak's. Once they have your money the don't honor their guarantee !
