tenneco Did not except pay pal recipts for proof of payment for rebate El Paso TX
I purchased Monroe shocks and struts through Rock auto there was a great rebate buy 4 and get one free thus the rebate I sent in all required paperwork and proof of payment. I just received a card in the mail without a postmark telling me they do not accept pay pal payment paperwork, tell me why PayPal was taken as payment and monies were taken out of my bank account but not accepted as proof of payment. The card said resubmit but I received it after the date that they will except this is a rip off.
