Complaint Review: Tennessee Fence and Construction c/o Lucas Booker

in request with Home Depot.com for fencing "pro-referral". After duplicate attempts with no call back from Home Depot, received a call from Joel Allen (alias for Lucas Booker) that Home Depot gave him our contact information and wanted to come out and give estimate. We signed contract with company (Tennessee Fence and Construction c/o Lucas Booker (alias for Joel Allen) on 5/10/2019. .

They came out following week put wooden posts up with (10) that were of inadequate quality and one entry gate location not correct. At the time we didn't know Joel Allen and Lucas Booker were the same person so we contacted Joel Allen to make arrangements to fix problems. After several missed appointments, broken promises we contacted Owner Lucas Booker.

It was then we became suspicious of identity impersonation. He (Lucas Booker) sent out 2 individuals 2 more times with neither fixing problem. We then began to ask for a refund letting Lucas Booker aka Joel Allen we knew too of deception/fraud. Of the initial payment of $2610.00 Lucas Booker agreed to refund $1800.00 in 7-10 business days.

He kept saying different lawyers would contact us with neither of the 4 he mentioned being actual lawyers contracted by him. Business address too is ficrfictit; 3049 Highway 11 W, Surgoinsville, TN. 37873 building vacant/for sale. Lucas Booker aka Joel Allen, Tennessee Fence and Construction are not licensed with the State of Tennessee as well.

Filed report with Better Business Bureau of East Tennessee, State of Tennessee CORE, Federal Trade Commission and today ripoff report. Contacting Sullivan County Sheriff's Department and hopefully Sullivan County District Attorney, Tennessee State Attorney General. We have too procured legal counsel as well.
