Ordered 5 pine trees. Arrived in bad shape see pictures. Sent pictures and they agreed to give store credit only if I send the 5 dead trees back at my own expense.

Dead trees sent. % pines. They told me they were dormant! See pictures. They looked at pictures and said to send them back (at my expense) for store credit. I filed a complaint with BBB.
