Complaint Review: Terabank

Terabank refuses to give me access to my money! Tbilisi Tbilisi

Terabank no longer wants to do business with my Georgian company, for unknown reasons. Fair enough, they are free to choose whom to do business with. So I need to withdraw the money deposited on the account. But they don't allow me to do that!

They invented all sort of excuses for keeping the money, including claiming that the account was frozen due to an order of the Georgian financial authority - which my lawyers contacted and said it is not true. They refuse to send the money to my personal account or to the same company. Now they claim that the only way I can get my money back ($30k) is to go there in person and take cash!!! 

The same is happening with another 2 people I know. This bank is a complete scam. Authorities should intervene and shut it down.

mailing a copy of your Ripoff Report, along with any documentation regarding this issue, to your Attorney General immediately. Mark it “Urgent!”

You can also mail your Ripoff Report to Bloomberg, 60 Minutes CBS, and Dateline NBC. Maybe one of them will contact you for further information and do an article or a story on TV to alert others.
