Complaint Review: Teresa Heaver / Kabeara Samoyed Kennels

Went to buy a Samoyed. The dogs at the facility are great and of show quality. We were promised via e-mail and in person that the dogs were AKC registrable. Teresa did not provide the AKC registration papers and said she would fill them out and have them sent to us. We contacted Teresa on multiple occasions and she always promises that she will do so. It has been a year now and we still do not have the papers and cannot registrar our dog. We paid top price for a dog that can be shown and registered. A dog without papers costs significantly less.
