Complaint Review: Terminix Plano

Terminix Plano Trying to continue to bill me after I have cancelled my serivices. The agent I cancelled my service with, advised me there would be no fees after I cancelled, Yet their billing department continues to harass me. Plano Texas

The company continues to insist I owe them for services that I did not receive.. I paid Terminix a year in advance and did not want to renew my contract with them.. My services were paid through 2015, the last service I received from them was in November of 2015. After repeated letters and phone calls in 2016, I finally called them in February and advised them that I did not want their services any longer  - The agent I spoke with told me the serivce would be cancelled and my account was paid in full.. They continue to call and harass me at my place of employement for a service I do not have or want!
