Complaint Review: Terminix

Terminix Business installed a French drain and sump pump at residents. They attempted to sell a dehumidifier during the installment but I refused. I contacted a technician at a later date about the installment and was informed the owner stated he would not install one. Fayetteville NC

In this country compeats for respect and recognition which can be a yardstick for injustice l. Every business and everyone wants recognition even the ones in the graveyard. However, as well ALL know very well it can come to a point in life when we say "I like them like they like me, no love lost! Well, it's NO LOVE LOST HERE. Terminix installed a French drain and sump pump at my residents. Prior to the installation they made their yearly inspection.. The business wanted to install a dehumidifier and I chose not to at the given time. As prior military I ALWAYS keep a paper trail. I decided I wanted the installation and sent an email to one of the technicians. The original message that he had previously sent. He stated he would have to contact the owner. I later received a reply that the owner stated " he was not going to install the dehumidifier." For clarification customer service was contacted. I was told the company still install dehumidifiers in an email. I asked in separate repeated emails for someone to contact me. However, that never occurred. Therefore, I contacted the North Carolina Department of Justice Consumer Protection. Copies of ALL emails were sent as well. The business REFUSED to reply to dept. of justice as well but they continue to send me the yearly inspection renewal. Along with this injustice I informed one of the technicians I discovered termites in the yard and the communication went South, silent, and completely ignored. This is your yardstick of injustice!
