I paid $3300.00 for a pure bred dog that I specifically purchased to show and breed.
My signed contract was never returned to my or a receipt for my payment.
As per the contract, I was to be placed on his registration paper as a co-owner once the dog turned 2 and health testing had been completed.
The dog is now 3 and I am still not named on his registration paper.
All health testing has been completed as per the contract.
I am not able to show my dog, because I am not named as an owner.
I have all receipts and documents to substanciate that I paid Terra Incognita for my puppy, and that I was the one who picked him up at the airport.
My emails and calls are now being ignored.
Rumors and false accusations are being spread about me by Ms. Barberi.
I would like my name only to appear on my dogs registration paper, as I have lost trust in Terra Incognita kennels and Jacki Barberi. I do not see us working together in a possitive and productive relationship.

You have noted myself as selling un registered puppies. I have not had any puppies for sale or otherwise available this year. Your information is incorrect.

This 'Breeder' is attempting to sell dogs from this sire, stating that the 'paperwork is on its way' and charging $2500 for these unregistered puppies. Her and her 'breeding' partner, Roz Rickard of LagottinoKennels.com in Tswassen BC will tell you they have ALL the paperwork, when they actually do NOT and probibily never will. This means any dog coming from these breeders cannot be further bred and if so, without paperwork. This dog is too rare to not have paperwork, period. IF they were smart, they would simply not breed this unregistered dog. But they are in it for the money with no regard for the breed. Be very aware to not buy a puppy from them! They are the unethical ones! Karma gets ya everytime.
