Complaint Review: Terracomwireless

Terracomwireless I have had a free phone from them for a while currently it stopped working so i called them to repair it and submitted a help ticket for this and also to pay my daughters phone with my prepaid debit card they emailed me back and said i could go make the payment but my phone never got fixed and it would not let me make a payment says that my card is under fraud investigation it is a prepaid card and i have been using it with them and every where else so what is the problem they told me i had to recertify  oklahoma city Oklahoma

 made sure they took care of that but still have not fixed my phone and you have to buy another phone i just want to know why i am not allowed to pay my daughters phone she does not live with me she is on her own with five kids they wont let me use my card it has been working for several months now my phone is not working and they wont tell me what to do just saying it is fixed and it is not they are not very honest can not find any location to go in an pay in the State of Az it wont tell you were to go just that the company is out of Oklahoma i want my phone fixed or something and i should be able to pay my daughters phone bill they tell you to call customer service got through only once when they wanted me to recertify and i called about getting my phone working now they wont answer only chat line on line and they tell you to call customer service do not know what is going on but once something is broken they dont want to hear it and i felt i should complain got the phone free yes that is no reason not to help me thank you please help

 

     I WOULD LIKE TO COMPLAIN ABOUT TERRA COM WIRELESS A BRANCH OF SAFELINK PHONE SERVICE. THEY ARE NOT VERY GOOD AT HELPING THERE CUSTOMERS. MY PHONE STOPPED WORKING I CALLED THEM AND TO NO AVAIL. WHEN I DID GET THROUGH TO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TOLD THEM THE PROBLEM THEY WERE MORE CONCERNED WITH ME RECERTIFYING. MY PHONE IS NOT WORKING THAT IS WHAT I CALLED ABOUT SO I RECERTIFIED THEN AFTER THAT WAS DONE I WAS TOLD TO CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE WHICH YOU CAN NOT REALLY EVER GET THROUGH I GOT THROUGH THE FIRST TIME CAUSE IT WAS TECHNICAL BUT HE SENT ME BACK TO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

     I SEND A HELP TICKET TO LET THEM KNOW MY PHONE STILL WAS NOT WORKING AND THAT I WOULD LIKE TO MAKE A PAYMENT ON MY DAUGHTERS ACCOUNT SHE LIVES ON HER OWN WITH FIVE KIDS SHE NEEDED SOME MINUTES THEY TOLD ME MY PREPAID DEBIT CARD WAS UNDER INVESTIGATION FOR FRAUD  A BIG LIE I HAVE BEEN USING IT TO PAY MINE WHEN THERE IS MONEY ON IT. SINCE I CAN NOT GET THROUGH I DID THE HELP TICKET WAS EMAILED BACK TO GO TO THE WEB SITE TO MAKE THE PAYMENT IT WAS OKAY NO IT WAS NOT STILL IS NOT AT THIS TIME I HAVE BEEN ON CHAT LINE FOR THE PAST COUPLE OF DAYS AND THEY ARE NOT DOING NOTHING BUT SENDING ME BACK TO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHERE YOU CAN NOT GET THROUGH.

    I THINK WITH ALL THIS AGGRAVATION AND LYING ABOUT THINGS WORKING THEY SHOULD SEND ME ANOTHER PHONE FREE OF CHARGE THAT WORKS BUT THEY DO NOT DO THAT. EVERY THING WAS OKAY WHEN MY PHONE WAS WORKING AND I WAS ADDING MINUTES WHEN I COULD NOW IT IS HORRIBLE CAN NOT GET THROUGH TO A LIVE PERSON ANYMORE AND ITS REALLY AGGRAVATING I GUESS THEY JUDGE PEOPLE THAT HAVE THESE PLANS THAT CAN NOT AFFORD A PHONE OTHER WISE AT LEAST IT LOOKS THAT WAY IS THERE ANYTHING THAT CAN BE DONE PLEASE HELP
