Signed up for their basic service which promised 30 day old image access with no watermarks and unlimited views.  In September 2018, they changed that level of service to be the premium level and demanded an extra $215 to "upgrade" my service to get what they promised when I signed up.  If I don't pay the upgrade fee, I am dowgraded to 90 day old images with watermarks and a limit on the number of square kilometers I can view per day.

I did email them and they refused to honor their original service level commitment.  Very unethical.  They promise one thing and once they have your money, they refuse to deliver what they promised.
