Buyer beware..
Stay clear from the Philadelphia Contractor known as Terrence Hayworth, aka Terry. He will Rip You Off.
Terry advertises multiple times per day on Craigslist.com ( as well as other internet sites). He uses a variety of email address and phone numbers ( mostly from @live.com ), and has about two dozen business names that he changes around on a daily basis.

House of Elegance
Sparks Electrical Service
He claims to reside in Mayfair, Could be true or not. He calls from 267.339.9356, But I have found multiple numbers for him in different ads on the internet and craigslist. He always posts, " No job to small" and " Call for Immediate Response ".
Initially, he is polite and knowledgeable, and seemingly legit. He goes over everything with you, writes a quote up, and suggests payment in Thirds. IE 1/3rd down payment, 1/3rd at halfway, and the final third upon finish. He either never comes back after getting the deposit, or in many cases he starts and never finishes. He disappears with your money, leaving you only uncompleted work, and often a mess.

In the beginning, he will have great excuses. Then he stops answering your calls or returning messages. Easily tested by calling him from a new number right after you try to call him from your number... he screens.
I was stupid, and didn't do my research. Don't make my mistake. Don't be fooled by his politeness or excuses. Take your time and find a quality contractor. Do your research. Be careful who you hire.
