Complaint Review: Terry lee fields

This low life Lieing son of a s*** stole 10,000 dollar depost from me. Contracted to build me a food truck sent him first deposit of 5,000$ then another 5,000$ few weeks later months & months of lies and excuses. First week he sent me pictures of a truck & some equipment come to find out later down the road they were stolen pictures off other company's actual legit busniess. excuse after excuse "sorry for the delay there is a leak we need to fix" "I'm i the hospital with my wife out of town" excetera. Why promise me pictures of truck but  never would send them always gave me lame excuses. Then finally sent me a picture of a food truck that he stole off the internet I mean this food truck was beautiful probably 80k or more.

Then resend a me amother picture of a totally different truck I knew he was a scammer. Then he played the title game with me saying he don't have the title he has to get it. so many lies & excuse I can't list them all bottom line is that piece of s*** stole my money 10,000$  and 5 other people that I know of and probably few more new victims now that will learn they to were scammed in a few weeks. This is bills*** somebody needs to stop this guy he needs to be locked up for fraud of over 100k plus. I don't understand how this piece of s*** is not in prison the state of west virgina needs to do something about this a**hole.
