Terry and those salesman scammed my father and I with a Acura TL that broke down numerous times throughout the year. I also bought an extended warranty for the vehicle but they gave me a bad extended warranty and said they wont cover my transmission. I spent a long time on the phone with this salesman scumbag Terry i guess hes the manager or whatever and hes completely useless. He was as useless as a "customer" who has already signed on the dotted line. He didnt need my money anymore so he didnt want to take care of my problem. Transmission has went out its barely been a year and they wont help me.

They sold me a bad car. Do yourself a favor dont deal with this dealership because they have horrible customer service and they dont care about you once theyve taken your money. They are a major dealer chain yet they are worse than the worse used car dealerships. I barely got the car a year ago, i purchased an extended warranty and they wont fix my transmission and to top it off theyve raped me with an ultra high payment. I have a $500 car payment that i still have to pay for a car thats undriveable because Terry and those scumbag salesmens sold my father and I a car that doesnt work. What kind of persons scams a father and son? They do. Dont do business here.

Sorry buddy, I live on the opposite end of California and work in the public sector, AKA government. Unlike you, I have credit which got me a brand new vehicle with zero down, and I'm making half the car payment that you're stuck with. Oh, and my transmission on my brand new car is just peachy, thank you :-)

As-is....

So, I'm guessing this was a used vehicle you chose to purchase. Since used vehicles are sold "as-is" and typically wth no warranty, I am betting on it you failed to have a mechanic look at the vehicle before purchasing. Since you say your payment is $500 per month, I would bet on it you have terrible credit. I pay half the amount you do in payments, my car was purchased new, and I paid $0 down on it, financed the whole amount. Terrible credit is your fault, not Honda's fault. As for the extended warranty you purchased.....did you read what you purchased? It's probably a limited warranty that only covers certain things, transmission not being one of them. I fail to see how Honda is responsible for your mistakes as the consumer.
