Complaint Review: Terry Smith

The seller, tried to settle out of ebay with me and said he needed me to send a money gram because he is in the navy and needed to sell items before getting married. I started to suspect, when replies to my emails came back in broken english when his picture clearly showed a caucasion amaerican man. There were several things showing this guy is a fraud such as, the broken english not matching the pic, the seller being new to ebay, the persistance to pay outside paypal, and the fake buyer descriptions posted. No item was ever to be shipped this guy is just in it to fraud and there are many of people just like me on here scammed by this guy Terry Smith.
