Terry Smith, Scam On Ebay!!! Received second chance offer on eBay, paid him, never received Playstation Atlanta Georgia
I bid on sealover1000's playstation 3 but didn't win. I received a second chance offer from him saying I could pay him and get the PS3. I was pretty excited but stupidly I had not read up on eBay's policy on using personal checks for payment. Unfortunately, I sent the personal check to a "Terry Smith" a day after without investigating it more. I hadn't received a tracking number or any e-mails for about a week and I was growing suspicious. About a week and a half later he emailed me back 3 times with different excuses like his roommate shipped it out but shipped it to the wrong address. He then said he was having it shipped to me. It is about 1 month later and I still haven't received anything. I plan on going to the local Police department tomorrow and asking their advice on the matter. I've read several other posts about people paying "Terry Smith" and not receiving anything. I hope this sorry excuse for human flesh gets caught. I'm getting ready to get married and so I didn't have much money to begin with but I was going to use the PS3 as our blu-ray player till this "Terry Smith" ripped me off... Be very aware and don't send a personal check like I did. Don't even use a money order. Use Paypal, and no I'm not promoting it but it helps to get your money back if someone is ripping you off.

Has eBay suspended your account with them as a result of this post? I filed a report and like you, used the name of the scumbag who lied and cheated me out of a couple of hundred dollars. I sent her the link with the caption, a site for sleezeballs like yourself" She called eBay and complained and they sent me a warning that I had to remove the post or be suspended. I was suspended and this leaves me with thousands of dollars in inventory and no recourse. They were not interested in what the buyer did to me, only that I had published her name and state. I am interested if they contacted you and the outcome.

i was just about to be scammed until i found ur info on terry smith atalanta ga, heres what i found out her email address staffsgtairfc@hotmail.com does have a link to a name on paypal which is victoria bells, she insisted i not pay on payapal, and i found out she has a payapal account under victoria bells so this is the new info and hopefully you can go from here ,
