Ebay member sealover1000 is now halogamer20044. Used excuse he was going into active duty, and was leaving Friday and paypal would take 5 to 7 days to clear so had me send money gram. Never received item. Afterwards I found these report on this site. I will be reporting to ebay, and www.IC3.gov next.
