Terry Whin-Yates aka Mr Locksmith Never refunded me for a hands on course they cancelled. Promised to refun but 6 months later he ignores my calls and emails Vancouver British Columbia
Mr Yates wrote in an email that he was sorry that his hands on course (at a hotel) was cancelled.
He did not tell me it was cancelled until I contacted him after the date of the event.
The hotel manager had zero knowledge of such a course when I showed up day of the course.
He promised in an email to refund my fee of $300. He was in asia training at the time and asked if I could remind him in a month when he returned.
I did and never heard a word from him. It has been 6 months of being ignored.
Additional costs were incurred to get a police security screening done on myself in order to take his course.
This police report was a useless waste of money so he needs to pay for that also.
