President David Hjorth Scammed us out of $4000 on a data buy he sold us phonebook leads and numbers of deceased people. Will not refund and keeps hiding behind his company "policy" of which he is the president. Sold us $50 leads that were literally trash. Stay far away we are filing with the AG a complaint as well.

My name is David Hjorth. I am the President and Owner of Tesla Energy. I am a lead generator and I produce high quality USA B2C / B2B Leads. I have been in business for over 20 years and I have hundreds of happy clients that love my leads .They would be more than happy to give me glowing references about how I run my business ,my integrity, honesty , morals and ethics.
I would be more than happy to share them if anybody wants them. The above mentioned report is totally blatantly false, untrue, misleading and without merit. Tesla Energy will only give free replacements of bad leads if the leads were called and Tesla Energy receives a full disposition dialer report on those leads. This is a normal company policy for any legitimate lead / data provider. Kevin De Vincenzi knew full well what my Company policy was before he even purchased my leads. Kevin De Vincenzi bought 240 DME leads for $4,000 USA .Out of the 240 leads, he only dialed 20 leads and provided me an incomplete disposition dialer report. Out of the 20 leads he dialed, He only qualified for 3 replacement leads.
Kevin De Vincenzi wanted a full refund of the $4,000 USA that he paid. I refused and I explained to him what my company policy was and offered him the 3 free replacement leads. He refused the replacement leads and said he didn’t want them. Kevin De Vincenzi then threatened and harassed me by filing false, fraudulent and misleading reports like this one above all because he doesn’t like my company policy and he didn’t get what he wanted. I would highly recommend that nobody does business with Kevin De Vincenzi. If you do, you will regret it!! Kevin De Vincenzi is a scammer , pathological liar and mentally unstable.
